User Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the School Cricket account and game data linked to your login (Google, Facebook, phone, or email).

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected].
2. Use the subject line: Delete my School Cricket data.
3. Include the email, phone number, or Facebook/Google name you used to sign in, so we can find the right account.

What we delete

• Your Firebase Authentication account for School Cricket.
• Display name, email, phone, and profile photo stored with that account.
• Any leftover online room or chat records we can still identify as yours.

What we cannot delete for you

• Guest sessions — those already expire when you close the game.
• Copies held by Google, Meta (Facebook), or your phone carrier. Remove School Cricket from those accounts separately if you want.

Timing

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of a valid request. You will get a short confirmation email when it is done.
